Privacy
How Inventense handles account, workspace, AI, and billing data.
Authentication and saved workspace records
Inventense uses Firebase Authentication to manage anonymous browser workspaces, sign-in sessions, and email accounts.
Firestore stores a concept, analysis, or research-planning record only after you explicitly choose to save it. Saved records are associated with the current Firebase user ID.
Creating an email account from an anonymous session links that current anonymous Firebase user when possible, preserving the existing workspace and generation allowance.
AI processing
Inputs, uploaded images, prompts derived from your inputs, and generated outputs may be processed by configured AI providers to operate invention, analysis, image, and research-planning features.
Inventense is not a confidentiality or NDA service. Only enter information you are comfortable using in an AI-assisted planning tool.
Deleting saved workspace records does not reverse processing that already occurred at an AI provider or remove copies you exported, copied, or stored elsewhere.
Billing
Billing is processed by Stripe. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in the Inventense workspace.
Subscription management and cancellation are available through the Stripe billing portal from Workspace. Deleting workspace records does not cancel a subscription.
Export and deletion
You can export saved records from Workspace before deleting them.
The Account & data page can permanently delete saved concepts, analyses, and research notes owned by the current account or anonymous workspace.
Full Firebase-account deletion and coordinated subscription cleanup may require support and recent authentication.
