Inventense is an educational idea tool. Results may be incomplete or wrong. It does not provide legal, patent, engineering, safety, medical, financial, or investment advice. Verify important claims before acting, and do not enter confidential invention details.

Inventense is not a patent attorney, patent agent, law firm, USPTO examiner, engineering authority, safety certifier, investment adviser, laboratory, market-research firm, or confidentiality service.

Unless a result is explicitly labeled with traceable retrieved-source information, it is AI-generated planning material. It may include assumptions, errors, omissions, outdated information, or fabricated-sounding details.

Source-backed prior-art retrieval is not currently available. Generated patent classifications, search phrases, novelty questions, claim ideas, filing topics, and comparisons are not patent-search results, legal conclusions, or verified citations.

No output guarantees novelty, patentability, validity, ownership, freedom to operate, non-infringement, safety, feasibility, cost, market demand, commercial value, investment return, confidentiality, or USPTO approval.

You are responsible for checking authoritative sources, documenting assumptions and measurements, testing prototypes safely, protecting confidential information, and consulting qualified professionals before making consequential decisions.

Inventense does not claim ownership of invention details you enter. You remain responsible for determining and protecting rights in your inputs and outputs. AI-generated material may not be exclusive, original, protectable, or suitable for filing.

Inventense is not a confidentiality or NDA service. Do not enter commercially sensitive information unless you accept the risks of using an AI-assisted planning tool and the applicable AI-provider processing.

A successful concept, analysis, standalone AI research-planning request, or generated illustration counts as one AI generation. Saving and exporting do not. Failed generations do not use the allowance.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Checkout, payment recovery, subscription management, and cancellation are handled through the available Stripe checkout and billing-portal flows. Deleting workspace records does not cancel a subscription.
